At Peléton, we want you to love your home as much as we do. If your new furniture or decor isn't the perfect fit, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive safely at our warehouse.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off or Schedule Pickup

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location or contact our team to schedule a home pickup for oversized furniture.
